This afternoon, I had the honour of representing PlanetSheilaMajid.com (PSM) at the much-anticipated press conference held at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. The occasion? None other than the official announcement of Datuk Sheila Majid’s upcoming 40th Anniversary Concert.

Radiating timeless elegance, Sheila entered the room clad in a stylish ruby red suit by renowned designer Michael Ong, immediately captivating the room. With grace and confidence, she revealed the details fans have been waiting for:

A truly proud moment for PSM came during the Q&A session, when Sheila herself called out my name and acknowledged PlanetSheilaMajid.com – even highlighting our weekly Sunday night community activities. It was surreal to be recognised in such a personal and public way. A moment I’ll cherish forever.

Hi Galvin! Galvin is my biggest fan. He is in this Planet Sheila Majid🪐, where they come and get together every Sunday night, which I think is just brilliant, you know, and they all from all over the world.

After the formalities, Sheila warmly welcomed fans on stage for a group photo, further cementing her reputation for being one of the most gracious icons in the industry.

I also managed to catch up and had a good chat with Mac and Jenny and also with Siti—Sheila’s right-hand. Lovely to also meet Liza and Irina after the session.
